Welcome to Roader Fuels

The Roader Fuels Application enables Fuel Stations to register their sites on the Roader Fuels Application so that Roader Trading Customers are easily able to access their Fuel Stations when purchasing fuels. The purchases are fully secured and safe and increases convenience of card-less purchasing of fuel within stipulated jurisdictions. You are initially required to register as a Service Provider before Customers can access and be able to purchase fuels from your Fuel Station via the Roader Trading Application. All purchases of various fuels are enabled through the Roader Trading Application via mobile smart devices. All current and past transactions directed to your Fuel Station are viewable on the Roader Fuels Application.

Buying Process

● Register
1. Personal details including valid cell phone contact details and email address,
2. You may also add and remove more administrators to manage the Application on your behalf.
3. Full residential address.

● Add Retail/Fuel Station
1. Add Retail Trading name,
2. Add registered business name,
3. Add Company Registration number,
4. Add business contact number,
5. Add e-mail address,
6. Add optional Retail Site website,
7. Select Fuel Zone where the Retail Site is situated,
8. Select Payout/Settlement Interval,
9. Select Province where Fuel Station is situated,
10. Select City where Fuel Station is situated,
11. Select Suburb where Fuel Station is situated,
12. Enter Street address where Fuel Station is situated,
13. Enter longitudinal co-ordinate where Fuel Station is situated ,
14. Enter latitudinal co-ordinate where Fuel Station is situated,
15. Enter postal code where Fuel Station is situated,
16. Add Retail/Fuel Station.

● Send All following Documents to the Administrator
1. Fuel/Retail Station CIPC Registration Documents
2. Trading Name (Fuel/Retail Name)
3. Copy of Certified Licence
4. Copy of Certified IDs for all Directors and Owners,
5. Tax Registration Certificate,
6. VAT Registration Certificate,
7. Water and Lights Statement as Proof of Address,
8. Certified Bank Letter from Bank as Proof of Bank Account.

The Administrator will activate the Fuel/Retail Site to trade once all documents has been approved to trade on the Roader Trading Application.

ALWAYS ENSURE THAT THE VEHICLE IS FILLED UP WITH CORRECT FUEL.
